Nita breeds and shows Pembroke Welsh Corgis and has many top show dogs to her credit. She has recently added Beagles to her show family. Now, a Jack Russell Terrier and a Smooth Fox Terrier live and work with Nita in her drug dog program, Sherlock Hounds Detection Canines.

Nita is a middle school teacher and offers Front Range schools an effective, proactive program with one goal in mind: reducing the potential existence of drugs, alcohol and gun powder by the use of non-threatening scent and therapy canines.
